Natsume Takashi has the ability to see spirits, which he has long kept secret. However, once he inherits a strange book that belonged to his deceased grandmother, Reiko, he discovers the reason why spirits surround him. Containing the names of these spirits, a binding contract was formed between the spirits and the owner of the book. Now, Natsume is determined to free the spirits and dissolve the contracts. With the help of a spirit cat Nyanko Sensei, his days are filled trying to return the names to these spirits.

I really love Chobi and his arrogance so I am happy that he gets his moment. As always, this chapter starts with Natsume saying goodbye to Nishimura and Kitamoto, but then Natsume sees a dragon in the sky. The dragon looks so cool and beautiful! And also cute Nyanko Sensei (* >ω<).
Natsume then caught Chobi being sad about his treasured comb saying that it isn't worth talking about then Natsume's face told him that it is. (* ´ ▽ ` *) Chobi then told him about his cherished comb and all things have a life span and will come to an end.
Natsume then goes around, finding something as pretty as a clamshell but failed. But then The Dog's Circle strikes! I really love the scene where Natsume refuses The Dog's Circle help but when Chuukyu said "Its your virtue that makes us want to help you" it warmed my heart, it was so nice (*´▽｀*). And the fact that they kept it a secret from Chobi was so sweet.
Natsume running and shouting at the dragon for his scales for some reason made me laugh ( ＾▽＾). But finally! With the help of The Dog's Circle, Natsume got the scale! After that, he gave it to Chobi. That repaired his comb, he combed his mustache, then suddenly! Turned into a dragon, which surprised me so much (*･∀･*).
No wonder he was so pompous all the time! Chobi saying that he will treasure this comb than the clamshell one was so nice.
And finally Natsume watched the dragon with Nyanko Sensei.
Feelings on Chapter 109-110
The Master of the Name Calls Part 1
This chapter starts with Nyanko Sensei wanting to be a detective after seeing Natori's detective role on the TV. Then a cute Ayakashi comes for help, he tells Nyanko Sensei about deep holes that scares him.
Then Nyanko Sensei goes on to a Holey Investigation lol.
I liked the conversation between Natsume and Shigure san, I really hope we get to see an adult Natsume, he will look so cool! ( ＾ω＾).
Nyanko Sensei goes to the scene, and then starts making more holes to find yam lol. Then Taki appears! She wants to help Nyanko Sensei with it too. We also get to see drunken Touko san, she looks so adorable! She then tells her story and said that her friend's shoes got missing.
We see Nyanko Sensei still digging holes when a creepy yokai tells him that "This place is where the corpse of the great yokai Kaka is buried." This scene was a bit creepy to me (・・;), but that made Nyanko Sensei even more excited (･´ω`･).
Natsume, Tanuma, Nishimura and Kitamoto goes on an adventure to find the missing shoe. Nishimura is so cute! He looks so excited (〃ﾉωﾉ). They look for the shoe but can't find it. But then Natsume found a yokai wearing the shoe wanting to have his name return to him. The yokai having his name returned and giving the shoe back tells Natsume to get rid of whatever is behind the door. This was also very creepy (ーー; ). Natsume then finds a head of a yokai ( ﾟεﾟ；), punched Nyanko Sensei and buried it back again, but when they return,
the box is there... Midorikawa Sensei should write a horror story lol.
The Master of the Name Calls Part 2
After freaking out, the box spoked. He have his name stolen by Reiko. But his name wasn’t reacting to the book, so Natsume asked his name and the box replied Kaka. I was like whut, Natsume returned that name! But then that yokai came back saying that the box is deceiving them and he will destroy it for them.
This yokai is suspicious as hell. Nyanko Sensei drives him away and Kaka tells his story about how great and majestic he was lol. Now he isn't how he was before but knows that Kaka is his name, "But the name... the hatred behind the name as well as the affection. They all belong to me." (*´ω｀) This is such a nice line. Kaka then tells them his memory is hazy and his body is missing.
I laughed so much at this scene, lol Nyanko Sensei, poor 'appetiser.
Nyanko Sensei tells Natsume to leave him alone but he say that he is determined not to neglect any of the yokai. Mah boy (* ´ ▽ ` *). They then go to find Kaka's body and then started to dig in "Kaka's Graveyard", the yokai from before is following them and said they deceived him, when Nyanko Sensei say that they find the body.
He gets angry but Nyanko Sensei drives him away again. Geez! He is so persistent (-_-), Natsume then sees another head with the yokai. Nyanko Sensei said that he absorbed the head to get stronger and now he wants more.
At night, they find Kaka's body hanging at the utility pole. They then run towards it and that yokai also reached for it but then Kaka told them to not touch it. Then that yokai finally died after absorbing it. Yay! ＼(^^)／. Kaka then remembers that he told his story to Reiko of how one foolish exorcist gave him this curse, so Kaka discarded his body. He then returns to his other head, and tells Natsume about the exorcist, of how "That foolish, pitiful exorcist. I wanted to tell him 'well done'." (/´△`＼) He then goes back to sleep saying that when he wakes up Natsume san will also leave this world.
Feelings on Chapter 111
A Rainbow Night's Dream
Nyanko Sensei in a tube is so cute (≧▽≦). This whole chapter is so wonderful! Natsume goes to the ocean with his friends, they all starts fishing and talking and Natsume is happy (*´ω｀*).
Nishimura is really cute! And gets excited so easily again. They thought they caught a fish but it was Nyanko Sensei ( ＾▽＾).
They all went home and have dinner and such. Nyanko Sensei looks so funny with those eyes lol. Then we find out that Kitamoto quit baseball because of his father illness (´･ω･) and Nishimura quit soccer because he was pissed off

After everyone fell asleep, Nyanko Sensei wakes them up with a weird accent and voice. I can't wait for this scene to get animated lol. Tanuma convinced Kitamoto and Nishimura that this is a dream. Apparently they possessed Nyanko Sensei to help put their boat back where it was. They are so smol and fluffy (ToT).
The smol chicks lit the water so they can on it. It looks so beautiful!! The chicks ask them to collect the stars so they can depart with it and go to their home cloud. Tanuma tried his best and he is cute too ( ＾ω＾ ). They caught one and send them home by the big fish.
Natsume is very happy. They all woke up and talk about their 'dream' with each other. It was a very special night (*´ω｀).
Overall
This whole volume was wonderful, as expected from Midorikawa Sensei. We all needed some fluff in our life. Although I really wanted to see Natori san again. We see Chobi being so cool and Natsume's friendship with Tanuma, Kitamoto and Nishimura is also shown a lot.
